Gio's Nutellarium

Here she moved her first steps

NUTELLA HEAVEN
Cut 4 peaches in half,without peeling them, take the stone away and
dig just a little in the pulp.
Put in a cup of the pulp, add about 4 oz. of minced cookies (not too
sweet ones),2 oz.Nutella,
1 oz. sugar, 1 oz. butter, 2 egg yolks, mix all and pour it in the
half peaches covering the surface with it.
Put them in the oven (180 C, I forgot to see how many F,help!) and
cook until the peaches are soft and the surface a little crunchy.
They're ready!
