FIREHOUSE CHEESECAKE (US)
Here is another great recipe I found that my mother used to bake all the
time. It is a really simple Cheese cake that tastes great. It is called
Firehouse Cheese Cake because it came from a New York City Firefighter's cookbook.

Ingredients:
4 - 8oz packages of Cream Cheese
6 Eggs
16oz Sour Cream
2 Cups Sugar
2 Tablespoons Corn Starch
½ Stick of butter or marg. Melted
Mix together put in spring pan then place spring pan in larger pan that is
filled with water about ½ way.
Bake 400 for 1 hour on a low rack.
