CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS
Easy to make, good hot or cold; they even work as a main dish!-Jo

Ingrediants
2-3 cloves Garlic, minced
2 cups low-salt Soy Sauce
Chicken wings, seperated at the joint and with tips removed

Instructions:
Combine Garlic and Soy Sauce. Add the chicken wings and marinate
for 1-6 hours in the refirgerator.
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees F.
Arrange marinated chicken wings on a cookie sheet so that they don't touch.
Bake the chicken for 40-50 minutes, turning once to ensure even browning.
Serve hot or cold.
