SPAGHETTI WITH FRESH RAW TOMATOES

Peel, take off seeds and chop finely some well ripe tomatoes (about 1 per person).
Better if they come from a farm instead than from a supermarket! Put them in a bowl
and add fresh chopped basil, one or two cloves of garlic cut in half, olive oil, salt
by your taste. Let it gain flavour for an hour. Take off the garlic.
Boil spaghetti (or other pasta) "al dente" (it means that you have to stop cooking it
before it becomes something that looks like glue....:P) and spread the tomatoes on
it, mix and serve.
