Prepare coffee, sweeten it with some sugar, then add half glass of aged red wine,
a small glass of whiskey or other spirits, and a piece of lemon rind.
Heat it in a bain-marie.
Put out the cooker, then set fire to the drink and let the fire go out by itself.
Better if served in thermic glasses.
