5 lbs FUDGE (US)
Here is a recipe I copied from my mothers recipe book. She would make this every year
at Christmas time. It is really simple and is great to give as a little
gift in a tin for Christmas. I give a tin to my mailman, my child's teachers etc.
Enjoy - Rosemary

In a large pot

1 can Evaporated Milk (12oz)
4 ½ Cups Sugar
½ lb Margarine

Put in large pan let come to a boil, once this mixture starts to boil, set
the timer for 6 minutes, Stir while it boils for 6 minutes. Take off stove.

Add in

1 large jar of Marshmallow Fluff (16 oz)
12 oz Chocolate Chips 1 and ½ packages
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 pack chopped nuts (optional)

Spread into buttered cookie sheet or cake pan (large square) and let cool.
